Job Responsibilities
- In charge of translating/ interpreting for the General Director. • In charge of translating/ interpreting for the Company’s meetings under the direction of the General Director. • Act as a bridge between the General Director and employees/ departments, conveying the General Director’s requirements to employees/ departments. • Support the General Director in external relations with Customers/ Partners. • Monitor and arrange the General Director’s schedule. • Other detailed tasks as assigned by the General Director (specifically discussed during the interview).
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree ・Language: Japanese – Business Level (JLPT N1) and English – Conversational Level (sometimes need to communicate with foreign customers) ・Experience: Having working experience as an assistant for more than 3 years in Japanese company for Japanese Manager/ Director ・Have knowledge about general affairs, personnel affairs ・Have high motivation as a company president’s Secretary/ Assistant ・Good communication skill ・Have good at PC skill in Excel, Word, PP ・Person who can work flexibly depends on instruction by Japanese director ・Personality: Cheerful, Self-motivated, Active, have good business morals
Preferable Skill / Experience
– English skill: Business level – Working experience in big Japanese company as assistant – Having knowledge about construction and real estate. – Person who living in Danang
Expected salary: 20000000 per month
