Job description: STUDENT SERVICES:Conducting weekly calls to update parents on students performance;Notifying parents about cancellation or schedule changes for meetings with counselors;Monitoring students progress and communicating with counselors accordingly;Assisting parents and students with document preparation and application components for college/university admission;Addressing and resolving students/parents requests and concerns, and generating deferment/refund reports for the finance department;Collaborating with Sales, Academic, Admin, and Marketing departments to arrange student activities;Providing support to students facing challenges in college prep programs and assisting counselors with behavioral or academic issues.RE-ENROLLMENT SALES:Communicating with parents to confirm re-enrollment registration of existing students;Following up with absent, delayed, and deferred students;Reminding parents of tuition payment deadlines;Coordinating with other departments to prepare for the new term;Performing other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager.You must meet the following requirements:1-2 years of experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counseling, or Business Development;Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal;Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new platforms;Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities;Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude;Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;Flexibility and adaptability to changes.Preferred qualifications:Previous experience in Education-related roles;Familiarity with the US college system and culture;Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with strong organizational skills.What you’ll receive:Competitive Salary, Re-enrollment Commission, and Annual Performance Bonus;Unlimited Vacation Policy;Free English courses;Social and Private Health Insurance;Company dinners, team lunches, offsite retreats, 5-for-5 stipends, etc.;Buddy Programs;Advanced Studies Grant for personal development;Significant opportunities and training for career advancement.
