[JOB SUMMARY]
To lead Finance project implementation as a part of Group’s initiatives and/or enhance internal control framework along with processes’ effectiveness and efficiencies.
[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]
- Lead and Manage Finance project implementation to ensure Group compliance and meet the embedding controls
- Ensure change management in terms of Promote staff understanding of challenges and discernment by the distribution of tools, training and exchange of good practices
- Analyze Entity risks and consult business process owners in order to come up with sustainable way of working
- Monitor and drive process owners’ commitment for improvement and progress of action plans
[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]
- University graduate
- 7-11 years of relevant experiences in Finance
- Cross functions project management and change management
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Knowledge of the internal control/compliance and P/L, B/S
