· Report to: Mortgage Business Services Manager
· Job content:
Mortgage loan related process, including: Loan Document Review, Loan Drawdown Process, Customer Maintenance Services, Repayment Process, Loan Account Closure, Loan Related Proof Issuance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Business relevant field.
· With years relevant experience in secured or unsecured lending operation process / repayment transaction wide experience related.
· Internal Control License (內控執照) is required.
· Familiar with MS-Office, especially for Excel.
· Solid analytical, process streamlined and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.
· Able to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines, Service Level Agreements.
· Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.
· Good communication and provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally in the bank.
· Need be able to take job rotation within the department.
· Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude, to get familiar with different system, understanding objectives and to setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.
· Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
