Job description: Responsibility
- Resolve errors in the NXP external Manufacture systems (MES-Lite ) involved with EM suppliers thru B2B (data exchange)
- Raise, Track, Validate incidents affecting EM suppliers
- Understanding the function of NXP MES-Lite systems in use with EM suppliers
- Capture, Analyze and Convey needs and requirements from EM suppliers for the improvements in the business process
- Participate in projects and activities to improve the process with EM suppliers
Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT related major.
- Solid knowledge in database management, e.g. SQL, SML, B2B data exchange.
- Excellent English capability is required.
- Good communication skills and collaboration with other team members.
- Working location could be Taipei or Kaohsiung.
- Might need to travel abroad or domestically for onsite support.
- Familiar with knowledge in Semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Korean is a plus.
