As an Officer, Lending Operations, you will be responsible with the following:

  • ALRS project arrangement
  • Clear understanding of the local regulatory reporting requirements (BOK, FSS etc)
  • Daily processing of Credit Admin (i.e., customer facility annual review, limit maintenance upon LAA issuance), Lending Ops (static data maintenance, customer facility docs arrangement) and basic understanding of Trade transaction processing and KYC requirements
  • Ensure a good level of end-to-end customer service, efficient processing and effective controls into BAU

Role Location: ANZ Branch Seoul, South Korea

Role Type: Full-time; 3 months fixed term contract

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven experience and understanding in credit, loan & trade processing and KYC.
  • Clear understanding on the regulatory reporting requirements specifically on BOK and FSS.
  • Knowledge on the regulatory requirements/reporting.
  • Client service minded with a positive mindset.
  • Good relationship building and effective communication skills both Korean and English as the role will be communicating with various stakeholders locally and globally.
