Project Duration: 1 year, subject to extension.
Years of experience: 7-17 years.
As an Operating Models and Business Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing strategic operating models and business processes for our industrial sector clients. You will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct In-Depth Analysis:
- Analyze existing business processes and operating models in the industrial sector.
- Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ objectives, challenges, and industry-specific requirements.
Design and Recommend Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to design optimized operating models and business processes.
- Develop customized solutions that align with the client’s goals, budget, and timeline.
- Present recommendations and strategies to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
Implementation and Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of recommended solutions and operating model changes.
- Manage projects, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to internal and external teams to support the adoption of new processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously identify areas for further improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in the industrial sector, with a strong understanding of its processes and challenges.
- Previous experience in consulting, process improvement, or project management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
