What you will deliver
Individual tasks:
- Assist top management to monitor the monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L in the department, analyze and report to management
- Stipulate SOP, KPI and action plan for current customer and new customer onboard to consistently enhance-quality operations
- Analyze relevant data and generate reports on a regular basis to ensure work efficiency and quality
- Participate and assist in project planning and implementation for key accounts
- Able to handle emergency operations incident and ad-hoc tasks as request
- Coordinate and support to prepare quotation and tender documents under agreed priorities and timeframe if required.
- Monitor project progress and operational performance of external service providers to ensure service quality
Team Management:
- Manage a team of 3+ executives on daily operation activities
- Train and support team members to enhance productivities and customer satisfaction
- Proactively develop initiatives to drive customer excellence of the department
- Be the first contact point for solve customer complains
- Monthly provide performance feedback to team members
Who you are
- Degree holder or above
- With 3-5 years relevant working experience (preferably logistics and start-up company)
- Good command of Vietnamese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
- Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
