Job description: The Role ResponsibilitiesJob RoleSC Ventures (SCV) spearheads innovation across Standard Chartered. Included in SCV’s mandate will be to invest in FinTech’s and other start-up companies, promote rapid testing and implementation of new business models.Solv Vietnam is set up as an e-commerce marketplace to transform the traditional B2B supply chain, supporting SMEs with easier and faster access to finance.Business
- Build and manage relationships with SCB CCIB as well as Financial Institutions to engage and sign up Anchor clients and FI partners to participate on the platform.
- Monitor the performance of partnership programs, assessing among other things their ability to source high quality clients in target segments with whom multi-product relationships are being built.
- Determine how to optimize partnership programs to improve their strategic fit and performance to increase the efficiency of the platform.
People
- Strengthen teamwork spirit by providing continuously feedbacks on working environment.
- Team player in delivery the overall company strategy.
Governance
- Act and escalate quickly when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to establish applicable risk / control framework to ensure that the Group’s ability to remain within risk appetite is not materially threatened.
- Familiarise self with governance structures and mandatory bank processes.

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
