Job requirement
The Service Provider shall assign workers with the following minimum requirements: * (a) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, or equivalent; or (b) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the HKCEE, or equivalent;

  • Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
  • Chinese work processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 40 words per minute, and proficiency in the application of common business software;
  • Intermediate Computer Operation Knowledge (including the application of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint);
  • Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint formatting; and
  • At least five years related experience as a Personal Secretary to Senior Management in a sizable institution is preferred.

Job duties * To handling electronic mails, documents, incoming correspondence, files and reports;

  • To receive and screen incoming correspondence and to forward them to appropriate officers for action or information;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date diary of all meetings, appointments, and preparing for meetings;
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and receiving visitors;
  • To assist in making logistic arrangements for overseas visits and meetings;
  • Booking transport and conference room;
  • Photocopying of documents; and
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Government representatives.
