How You’ll be Successful:
- Build strong customer relationship and drive customer onboarding to eFX trading sales functions LSEG trading venues, ensuring customer adoption & satisfaction
- Proactively drive day to day sales activity and regular engagement with customers
- Lead revenue generation from existing customers by identifying additional opportunities for increased eFX usage and transaction volume
- Achieve defined volume growth targets
- Work with colleagues globally to achieve the outstanding customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and more
- Identify new product or functionality improvements to address the customer needs
Who You Are:
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment in financial industry (eFX, banks, securities firms, data providers etc.)
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Key areas of competence are: Relationship Management, E-trading, Central Limit Order Books and APIs. Ideally the candidate will have worked in the markets side of liquidity management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
- Willingness to learn and passion for continuously delivering excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of e-trading platforms, FX or other financial markets software product via either buy side or sell side is a plus
