We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will:
– Responsible for leading the sales team
– Developing sales strategies
– Expanding market share, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
– Driving sales growth.

1) At least about 1 years of sales experience, successful sales performance and team management experience is preferred.
2) Familiar with fabricated steel products for agriculture, green house, security….
3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with potential clients.
4) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach the sales team to achieve common goals.
5) Good planning and organizational skills, able to develop effective sales strategies and execute them effectively.
6) Fluent communication skills in Vietnamese and English with clear and accurate written expressions.

Salary:
Base Salary: USD $500~700 based + commission /month
^ Bonus: Generous performance bonus based on work quality
Specific salary is negotiable and will be adjusted according to the candidate’s experience and ability.
