Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lending targets and drive revenue growth.
– Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on selling lending products and services.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success in lending sales efforts.
– Provide regular performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
– Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all lending sales activities.
The successful applicant :
– 12+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on lending products or financial services.
– Strong understanding of lending products, processes, and industry trends.
– Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
– Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
