Job description: An exciting Senior Business Development Manager job has arisen in a leading advertising firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Senior Business Development Manager Role:
As Senior Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. They are seeking a sales-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and a strong focus on exceeding sales KPIs. Experience and a network in the gaming industry are highly valued for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients in the ads and media industry, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs
  • Meet and exceed high sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to lead conversion, deal closing, and revenue targets
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our advertising solutions
  • Leverage existing experience and network in the gaming industry to expand our presence and capitalise on opportunities in this sector
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment between client needs and our solutions

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the ads and media industry, with a focus on business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and achieving quarterly revenue targets
  • Minimum of three years of experience in lead generation, acquiring new customers, and high-impact sales deal closing
  • Strong product demonstration skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Network and experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Vietnamese and English
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
