We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead country Compliance management in resource and financial planning and tracking;
  • Lead the implementation of a consistent and effective approach to business management across the functional areas;
  • Facilitate the implementation of Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and Operational Risk Transformation Program (ORTP) within the function locally;
  • Collaborate with local Global Functions and Lines of Businesses relevant matters (e.g. recharges, sharing of best practices, vendor oversight) to drive timely and effective service delivery;
  • Lead and actively support the Compliance team in the issue management process and continuous monitoring activities;
  • Lead the coordination of Business Continuity Planning and Deputy BIRO activities within the Function;
  • Ensure smooth running of Compliance function by supporting all business activities including premises;
  • Lead the risk related or special projects (e.g. Supporting Skilled Person (SP), OEE, NFR projects, 2020RC)
  • Manage Sanctions CoE L3 screening team with guidance and support from Regional Sanctions CoE

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University graduate preferably with a degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance.
  • Previous background of working in a large organization; ability to work with individuals at different levels
  • Understanding of evolving risk environments
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Project Management and a strong relationship management with a focus on financial and budget requirements.
