Job description: Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for :Perform analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects, marketing programs and other programs of the whole bank.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Carry out financial efficiency appraisal of investment projects of the whole company. Directly advise the Division Director, Center Director on investment decisions with in-depth analysis to help the decision-making process.
2. Making operation plan, annual business plan of the Bank for IT department. Take the main responsibility for IT budgeting, and at the same time monitor costs, ensure enough spending in planning, do not overdo, waste resources. Analyzing factors affecting IT costs, the consultant makes recommendations for leaders on IT cost management.
3. Supervising and coordinating with other departments of the bank, adjusting IT cost management methods to ensure efficiency in work.
4. Build, develop and maintain forms of reports, monitoring systems, processes.. Actively meet with key officials of different divisions to consult, persuade as well as provide specific instructions on how to do this. implementation mode.

5. Apply in-depth financial knowledge as well as general banking knowledge to monitor, analyze and advise leaders to approve submissions on IT investment, marketing programs, and programs. other for the whole bank.
6. Analyze, report on the effectiveness of IT investments, marketing programs, campaigns and other programs of the whole bank before and after the investment. Actively answer questions as well as requests from professional units and Divisions with investment projects. Make recommendations to continue investing or suspending investment to the Board of Directors.
7. Prepare in-depth analysis reports at the request of leaders
8. Do other jobs at the request of the leader.

Success Profile – Qualification and Experiences
– Having a bachelor’s degree or higher in economic schools at home and abroad; Preference will be given to candidates who have (or are about to have) a practicing certificate in auditing, analysis (ACCA, CPA, CFA…)
– Having at least 5 years of experience in analyzing investment performance, good understanding of the Bank’s professional activities.
Have a vision of the bank’s business operations and financial control.
– At least 1 year of experience in management of small team.
– Priority will be given to those who have worked in multinational banks or organizations or abroad.
