Senior Manager – Smart Technology Team
Candidates with less experience can be considered as Manager grade.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Smart technology team, and own the business KPI of the team Giving technology guidance to the team, as well as growing the team with opportunities and projects
- Source suitable smart technologies from the market, maintaining partnership with market innovation companies
- Integrate various technologies as one integrated technology solution for the customer.
- Participate on customer engagements, understand customer needs and proposing suitable solutions
- Collaborate with our Account teams, Product teams and other Channel Partners to productionize Smart technology solutions for Go-To-Market Tender/proposal presentations and submission materials
- Represent Group on public or marketing events
- Take ultimate responsibility on successful smart projects delivery
- May need to hands on managing certain important projects
Business Consultant (IoT)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and explorer business opportunities and turn them into revenue
- Lead business discussions, influence client’s decisions and establish/maintain good relationship with clients
- Translate user requirements from clients into technology solutions and specifications
- Tailor make solution, competitive and product collateral to the needs of the clients
- Liaise across multiple parties, including different technology suppliers and project managers / technical specialists for total solution
- Respond to RFI/RFP and responsible for solution and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes
- Present solution, conduct demonstration and PoC to clients
- Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team
IOT Engineer
Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements from clients into technology solutions and specifications
- Tailor make solution, competitive and product collateral to the needs of the clients
- Liaise across multiple parties, including different technology suppliers and project managers / technical specialists for total solution
- Respond to RFI/RFP and responsible for solution and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes

Job Requirements
Senior Manager – Smart Technology Team
Requirements
- University graduates, with 15 years plus working experience in any of the IT/Engineering/FM/ELV/Smart disciplines
- At least 12 years’ experience on design and delivering technology projects
- At least 5 years of team/people management experience
- Member of HKIE, IET, IFMA or equivalent preferred
- Experienced on Facility automations, such as chiller, lighting, security systems
- Experienced on major BMS, PLC, BacNet and ModBus
- Knowledge on low voltage and ELV systems
- Hands on experience on managing large and complex projects
Business Consultant (IoT)
Requirements
- Degree holder in computer/IT or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of IT pre-sales experience, with post-sales experience will be an advantage
- Strong ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle, proposal, post-sale transition
- Strong ability to understand and describe solution and architecture and its ability to interoperate with prospective customer IT infrastructure
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills, writing and quantitative skills, specifically related to proposals and MS PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with Digital Transformation and Innovations projects are a plus
- Result-driven and willing to propose the solutions that are necessary to succeed
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
IOT Engineer
Requirements
