We focus on delivering affordable and timely services for our passengers/eaters, enhancing income for our Drivers and Merchants Partners, at the same time stimulating demand to drive marketplace growth sustainably.Our team consists of young but experienced individuals who are tenacious and energized with intellectual challenges. We demonstrate a combination of analytical and strategic thinking, that deliver comprehensive outputs of data analysis, business insight and financial planning.The Campaign Planning Team, situated within IMS, specializes in designing tailor-made or thematic campaigns for our merchants and partners. Our objective is to empower merchants to stimulate demand on the Grab platform while creating mutually beneficial solutions that lead to success for both our merchant partners and Grab. We are responsible for the strategic planning of campaign economics. Through analysis, planning, and execution, we ensure that various components of campaign design, such as ads, marketing services, promotions, and more, are effective and optimized.Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Role is a balance of data analysis, financial planning, monetization and stakeholder management:
  • Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess the impact of proposed solutions
  • Partner closely with all business stakeholders across different functions to set and implement the monetization strategy and initiatives
  • To perform this role well the candidate will need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, passionate with innovation & growth mindset.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, resourceful individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Monitor & manage day-to-day campaign performance metrics, investigate short-term anomalies and troubleshoot with the relevant team as needed.
  • Design campaigns with multiple levers, including but not limited to in-app & out-app assets, ads, promo,… in alignment with business objectives and market preference to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth through sustainable monetization initiatives, leveraging Grab’s services and products.
  • Coordinate cross teams to execute campaigns from end-to-end and monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Conduct analysis to drive insight on effectiveness and impact of the campaign to partners’ and platform demand growth.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign success.
  • Build presentations to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • A degree from a decent university in any discipline, 2-4 years of working experience
  • Analytical skills including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent team player with strong work ethics
  • Strong sense of curiosity in seeking impactful opportunities and learning about marketplace dynamics
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Good to have (not required):

  • Familiarity with quick commerce and monetization is a strong plus
  • Familiar with SQL, large datasets and a knack for piecing together data to form insights
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Python is a strong bonus
