Responsibilities:
- Work with sales team to outline available products and leverage sales opportunities.
- Provide practical guidance in the functional and technical aspects of proposed software and set proper expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver standard, customized and/or strategic presentations outlining the proposed software functional capabilities, competitive advantages and business benefits.
- Support partner development & enablement, as well as partnered sales opportunities.
- Plan and implement, in conjunction with Account Executive, customer retention and post-sale strategies to ensure account satisfaction..
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience working in the Finance anti-fraud and compliance domains
- Direct experience in Fraud, AML Compliance, Detection & Investigation, etc. in the financial institution service industry highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of fraud & regulation under current international and domestic regulations
- Ability to interact with CCO, CTO and CFO when positioning the client’s offerings.
