To fulfill such high demands in the Japan, We are looking for a passionate candidate who can develop Lunit’s GTM strategy in Japan. This position works closely together with team members in the Seoul based head office.

- Short- and long-term access strategies (including, Partnerships, Sales channel development, Product positioning, etc.)
- Hyper Success in Financial Performance (including, Channel management, Funnel generation, etc.)
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in the Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging industry.
- Native written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep knowledge about Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging Industry.
- Successful experience on developing/managing a Team along with a short- and long-term access strategies.
- Understanding about PMDA.
- Must have strong strategic acumen and be pragmatic in execution.
- Experience coordinating internal teams across organizational boundaries and managing external public affairs, communications and other agencies and consultants.

- Sales Forecasting and Funnel Management skill.
- Be highly team oriented, collaborative, and adept at developing trusting relationships with stakeholders.
- Be able to function in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment; be able to lead in a balanced manner with poise, especially in ambiguous situations.
- Well-structured documentation skill.
- Logical thinking based on the evidence.
