Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for a Production Manager. Responsible for according to company’s goal, lead & manage production colleagues and execute the planned MPS, Coordinate, Communicate and Cooperate with other departments (Planning, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Facility, EHS…) on daily basis so as to achieve goal of planned revenue, on time, delivery, customer satisfactory, product quality, cost, safety…etc.

What you will be doing:
- Leading & managing the production line on daily basis.
- Precisely execute the planned schedule from planning group on daily basis.
- Ensure and improve product quality to satisfy the customer needs.
- Ensure a decent operation with limited accident on EHS in production line.
What you will bring along:
- Academic/Professional Education Engineering bachelor’s degree or above.
- Engineering background with 10 years’ experience in electrical industry.
- Basic knowledge of diode product.
- Good in written and speaking of English.
- With planning and electronic assembly experience.
