A.Position Objective
Responsible for driving continuous business growth via developing product portfolio strategy and identifying strategic opportunities, and driving cross-functional collaboration for Hospital Specialty Care (HSC) Business Unit
B.Duties and Responsibilities
1) Conduct data analysis to develop routine dashboard to track BU performance progress, and drive business insights to help regions to improve performance
Support portfolio strategy and identify potential business opportunities across BU brands Support BU Go-To-Market strategy and LROP forecast Work with BU internal colleagues to continuously streamline management processes, standardizing regular tracking and enhancing improvement mechanism across brands Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on BU overall performance tracking, insights generation and regular communication Support on BU level ad-hoc projects or requests
C.Position Requirements
1) Education / Professional Certificate
Bachelor’s degree (Master or MBA is plus)
2) Working Experience
- 5+ years working experience, experience in multinational pharma company is preferred
- Functional experience with strategy, operations, or equivalent expertise areas
3) Professional knowledge and skill
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, data analytics, and professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Capable to collaborate with BU internal and cross-functional stakeholders
- Capable to work in complicated environment and influence others to achieve results
- Be agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
