- Collaborate directly with the Operations team and Outsourcing department to identify production needs and develop precise plans.
- Lead the planning and coordination of production, raw materials, packaging, manpower, and schedules, ensuring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual balance adjustments.
- Implement plans across departments and monitor actual progress against established targets.
- Regularly review and approve plans for raw materials, packaging, necessary expenses, manpower, and tools, maintaining a tight grip on daily progress.
- Conduct research to predict completion times for seamless implementation of future plans.
- Analyze market trends and forecast demand to inform business operations.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to rigorously check product quality and quantity, identifying and addressing material shortages, labor, equipment, hygiene, safety, etc., and proposing corrective plans.
- Propose improvements to enhance efficiency in factory operations.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Planning Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience in manufacturing food/beverage products is preferred.
- Demonstrate agility and deep expertise in production planning.
