Responsibilities
1.Business Transformation
- Provide strategic leadership and drive the bank transformation program initiative, ensuring the widespread adoption of a data-driven business operating model. Collaborate closely with regional transformation leads, performance cells, and squad leads to achieve transformative outcomes.
- Forge strong partnerships with the transformation practice leads to scale expertise in transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across various disciplines, including business agility, customer journey, design, experimentation, AML, and innovation.
- Offer expert guidance and coaching to performance cells, empowering them to radically transform the way they manage their business. Facilitate the alignment of business value, drivers and outcome, data control tower design.
- Champion the adoption of business rituals that drive behavioral shifts and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive a behavioral shift throughout the organization, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and progress on the maturity level of the transformation. Ensure that the transformation program remains dynamic and evolves to meet the changing needs of the business.
2.Gen AI Programme Office
The Generative AI Programme Office transforms DBS vision for Generative AI into action by collaboratively developing and executing strategies with key business and technology stakeholders. The key strategic objectives embedded in the overall strategy are driven through five key pillars – Education Horizontal, Value Realisation, Tech Enablement, Responsible AI and People & Change Management.
- Oversee the management of the Hong Kong GenAI book of work, ensuring seamless progress across all pillars.
- Collaborate with the Group GenAI Program Office to engage in discussions concerning regional and Hong Kong-specific cases, advocating for prioritization of outcomes that benefit Hong Kong.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration and integration between different pillars, fostering synergy and maximizing overall program effectiveness.
- Strategically bring in subject matter experts to provide support and accelerate the resolution of complex cases.
- Lead the scaling of enterprise resources, including playbook processes, reengineering initiatives, and the implementation of best practices.
Requirements:
- Extensive senior leadership experience in spearheading large-scale transformation programs within the banking industry.
- Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with transformation practice leads to scale expertise and foster widespread framework adoption to drive incremental outcome.
- Outstanding coaching and leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding teams through radical transformations and driving significant behavioral shifts.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for instilling a culture of continuous improvement andprogress on the maturity level of the transformation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
