Summary:
This role is Team Lead of Finance Payment Operations and mainly responsible for oversee & manage the Finance Payment Operations team to ensuring timely and accurate processing of account payables/receivables, staff reimbursement and regular control & monitoring reporting.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance Payment Operations and oversee & manage the operations of
  • account payables (AP),
  • account receivables (AR),
  • staff reimbursement (SE)
  • are correctly processed, recorded and settled in a timely manner in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain reliable financial records of the corresponding transactions with regular review, reporting, monitoring, and escalation.
  • Establish and enforce internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the operations.
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness with leveraging technology solutions, streamlining workflows or implementing best practices to optimize the processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • ​Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or similar credentials. Professional qualifications in HKICPA or equivalent qualifications is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and accounting principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of account payable systems, methods, and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP knowledge.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 2 years managerial role, preferably in banking industry.
  • Experience in ERP and solid experience in Finance Payment Operations are preferred.
  • Careful and Circumspect.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks and time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Willing to learn, Self-motivated, Self-discipline, Positive mindset.
  • Good communication & team spirit and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills, Project Implementation skills,
  • with the capacity to navigate through challenges and propose creative solutions.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Candidate will less expereince will be considered as Manager
