- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
- Assist guests with international calls and directory queries. Address guests by name whenever possible
- Handle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone Supervisor
- Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations
- Be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
- Reveiving and posting all guest correspondences, items when requiered
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features
- Good knowledge of the softwares Material Control (MC), Cadena shift assignment. Key in the Cadena working shift for all Front desk’s staffs. Create a request/purchase when requiered
- Filling Registration Card to guest folio after completed declairation. Ensure that there no lost of any them
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Work Experience
- Minimum College education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
