A leading foreign bank is looking for an Associate/AVP for their Trade Finance Operations team. They are looking for candidates with 5+ years in trade finance operations and good knowledge in supply chain finance is highly preferred.

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain finance processes, including supplier financing, reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, and other financial solutions
- Monitor and manage the cash flow within the supply chain, ensuring timely disbursements and repayments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding supply chain finance operations.
- Ensure transactions are handled in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain finance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in any discipline
- 5+ years in trade finance operations; knowledge in supply chain finance is highly preferred
- Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated with good sense of responsibility and communication skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
