Job description: Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in trade finance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their trade finance requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers and Product Specialists, to cross-sell trade finance products and services.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to deepen relationships, understand evolving needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on trade finance products, including letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections, and trade financing solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank’s trade finance products, services, and pricing structures.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposals, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline documentation processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in trade finance sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of trade finance products, including letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections, and trade financing solutions.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in [relevant languages].
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
