Job description: Transaction Services (“TS”) looks after the cash management and trade finance needs of customers across the ING franchise. This product line has been identified as key to the future growth of the ING Wholesale banking business. TS provides a professional environment within ING Wholesale Banking, in a growing business serving corporate clients in an international environment. The role is responsible for the growth and development of the TS business in Taiwan. This would entail the development and execution of the TS business strategy in Taiwan working in close collaboration with local, regional, and global product, sales partners and other associated stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Originate new TS business opportunities for corporate clients from ING.
- Maintain active contacts with stakeholders, such as TS Product, Relationship Managers and Risk Management.
- Oversee/ conduct transaction due diligence / reviews to ensure information provided is in line with the bank’s understanding.
- Oversee transactions booked locally, escalating in a timely manner and obtaining approvals for deviations as necessary.
