Job description: 1. Recruitment
- Conduct recruitment activities (mass).
- Responsible for interview and selection.
- Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools.
- Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time.
- Work with consultant/headhunt services firm to post job or search right people.
- Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.
2. Employer Branding
- Promote company brand through social network channels: Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook…….
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding.
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops.
3. On-boarding and admin tasks
- Do paper works and other tasks for new employees
- Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour.
4. Other tasks are assigned by direct Recruitment Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment
- Experience in hospitality recruitment is strongly preferred;
- Strong in recruitment, searching and networking
- Good at communication and negotiation skill
- Interviewing and evaluation skill
- Can-do attitude, mature and proactive
- Time management skill
- MS Office: good
- English: Advanced
- Willing to have business trips.
