Job description: We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Venue Category to grow the business and hold the market territory.
Responsibilities :
– Own and Deliver Revenue Targets for a wedding venues market segment in a given territory.
– Ability to research, Forecast and Plan Sales numbers to achieve monthly/ quarterly/ annual targets
– Ensure Client Satisfaction and manage relationship with accounts
– Conceptualize and launch offerings for niche target segments
– Provide thought leadership and strategic insight for business growth and expansion
– Field sales, video-presentation as well as F2F meetings at client site to liaison with prospective clients
Pre-Requisites:
– MBA from a Tier I/II B-School preferred
– Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
– Proven track record as an individual contributor in a sales & business development role
– Experience in using a CRM tool (Salesforce etc.) and Excel Basics
